currently i am posting in the medical ward, and sadly, yes sadly, i was made the group leader by the head of medical department dr. SD. everyone who is working under her, with her, above her, alongside her, knows what kind of person she is: SCARY. it is like she wants things to go only one way: HER WAY. whatever we all feel or think, does not register to her. HER WAY is the ONLY way.she is very damn particular about the timing that we are in the wards. she wants us to be in before 0800 and be out only after 1230 (according to her watch). but the thing is, we have to make the second rush back to campus while trying hard to avoid the lunch traffic (yes, this place HAS traffic). sometimes, our campus class starts at 1300, sometimes, 1400. how can we manage to get back on time right? and the classes are till 1700! crazy.....
because of this (and also because we have clerked and examine patients), we tend to leave the wards early as our attending doctors allow us to go. but this creates a problem with dr. SD as according to her watch and time wasting effort, she wants us to be in the wards.
she has called the group leaders, meaning me and 2 others, to meet her for a good smackdown on wednesday morning. best part: after the smackdown, my group will be attended by her. she spells evil and everyone is afraid of her, not respect her for who she is.
so, this wednesday, i have to be on somekind of high to withstand her. i want to be so euphoric that i cudn't give any shaite about what hell she's gonna give us.....
